TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Once your date has been secured with a deposit, you will receive your invites.
2. The £50 deposit cannot be refunded.
3. Booking Forms must be completed before the party.
4. Any party extras you would like to book please notify us as early as possible.
5. Any party package you would like to book other than Tiny Twister and Dazzling Disco notify us as early as possible.
6. Please do not sit on coffee tables
7. Please do not allow your children to climb or jump on the seating
8. Parents are fine to leave there child with us but please be aware we will do our best to look after the child but we cannot take any responsibility and we can’t stop the child from leaving the premises.
9. Once you arrive your party host will greet you. Please arrive 10 minutes before your party is scheduled to start.
10. If parents our leaving there child alone with us they must leave there contact details in case of emergency.
11. Full payment of the party will be required 7 days before date by cheque or by cash when you arrive for the party.
12. Please note we do have adult party platters available to request in advance.
13. Food not prepared on the premises cannot be consumed in the venue, this includes birthday cake which will be cut, wrapped and put in the party bags to take home.
14. You will receive a call 3-5 days before your party, to confirm the final number of children you have coming and the star package you require.
15. Please inform us of any special dietary needs including allergies when confirming the amount of children attending.
16. Special dietary food will occur an extra charge
17. Please note once you have confirmed final number of children attending that’s what you will be charged for also there will be a fee for any additional children.
18. Any damages or major cleaning costs incurred during a private party will be charged to you at the discretion of the management.
19. Please be aware and inform your guest’s photo’s and videos may be taken and used for advertising purposes, if you would not like any photo’s or videos taken you must put this in writing and it must be handed to us on arrival
20. Disclaimer-Please be aware warning Glow sticks, Bubble machine, Foam machine, Make up, Face painting and Tattoos all the above can cause temporary discomfort, permanently stain clothing, cause allergic reactions and the foam and bubble machine can make the floor slippery please note Popkidz/Club Fusion cannot be held responsible if any of the above occur.
